Level 1 Cooking Classes - Wednesday 11 July, 9:00 - 14:00 FULLY BOOKED


This four session cooking class is perfect for beginners and intermediate cooks and cover a very wide selection of dishes. Upon completion of this course you will be able to do menu planning, compile a shopping list, make a variety of meals while also looking after your day to day tasks. We focus on smart use of ingredients, volume cooking/prep in order to save time.

Level 1 Cooking Classes - Tuesday 4 August, 9:00 - 14:00 


This four session cooking class is perfect for beginners and intermediate cooks. Join us and learn to make a winter feast and a wide selection of healthy tasty foods.

Banting / LCHF (Low Carb High Fat) Cooking Class - 16 and 23 August

9:00 - 15:00


Due to popular demand we will have a 2 session LCHF session. Learn how to de-carb your favorite dishes and enjoy delicious healthy food. As an added bonus all dishes are GLUTEN free and completely sugar free. 

Dishes include: bread dough (for various uses), meat, chicken and fish dishes, healthy sweet such as rusks, cheesecake and muffins. 



September

Level 1 Cooking Classes - Thursday 13, 20, 27 September and 4 October.


As per previous months, we will have 4 classes and will feature more summer items.

Level 2 Cooking classes 


We will have a follow up session to our level 1 Cooking Classes for 3 classes starting Tuesday 11 September or Wednesday 12 September. 

Very limited so book soon to avoid disappointment, only 4 learners per class. 

This session will feature a brand new, bursting with flavor Mediterranean menu with dishes such as risotto, oven baked fish, a variety of fresh salads and many more. Perfect for summer and a good follow up to Level 1.

October

Level 1 Cooking Classes - Tuesday 9 October, 9:00 - 14:00


Our popular entry level cooking classes will start in the second week of October and we will make a variety of delicious summer meals with a focus on easy preparation, bulk cooking and healthy meals. Four sessions in total.

Tuesday 9, 16, 23 and 30 October 2018.


Baking class - Wednesday 14 and 21 October, 9:00 - 14:00


2 class baking sessions will take place on Wednesday 14 and 21 October. Learn to make a selection of freshly baked items including seed loaf, fresh bread, and many many more.

Cooking for kids with kids


This exciting single session class will focus on exciting meals that you or your nanny can make with your child. Items include healthy biscuits, pizzas, muffins, bread and more. Designed to make your kids excited about food and enjoy healthy meals and snacks.
